1. Using the website

Public pages include headings, labelled navigation, keyboard-focus styles and a skip-to-content link. Forms identify required fields and display submission feedback. The layout adapts to smaller screens. Policy pages provide printable and downloadable text.

Use browser zoom and your preferred assistive technology. You do not need to complete a purchase or create an account to read company information or policies.

2. Areas we continue to improve

The marketplace and administrative tools are still developing. Complex tables and third-party interfaces may be harder to use on small screens or with some assistive technologies. We have not completed an independent audit of every workflow and do not claim that every page meets a particular accessibility standard.

3. Report a barrier or request another format

Use Contact → General enquiry, call +44 7863 748378 or write to L HAZARD LTD at the registered office. Tell us which page or task caused difficulty, the device or assistive technology if you wish, and the format or assistance that would help. Do not include passwords. We will review the report and discuss an appropriate way to help.
