A quick guide. Read the full policy below for details.
Sample records demonstrate the catalogue. Their price, specification, quantity and category do not confirm commercial availability, certification or stock. An approved record means it passed a platform workflow; it is not proof of regulatory approval or a reservation.
For a product enquiry, tell us the item, quantity, intended destination and any requirements. We can assess the request without promising that a supplier, price or delivery route is available. An enquiry is not an order and does not authorise payment.
The actual offer must identify the seller and product, available quantity or lead time, currency and total price, applicable tax, delivery options and charges, supported destination, returns route and important restrictions. Any charge that cannot reasonably be calculated in advance must be explained before you commit.
Check the delivery address and contact details carefully. A quotation may have an expiry date and a minimum quantity. Changes to an agreed item, price or delivery commitment need your agreement; an acknowledgement alone is not acceptance of an order.
Dispatch is when goods leave the fulfilment location; delivery is when they reach the agreed destination. The order should distinguish processing time from transit time and state whether a date is an estimate or an agreed commitment. A tracking link is supplied only where the chosen service provides it.
For a UK consumer sale, goods must normally be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days unless a different period was agreed. The seller remains responsible for the delivery obligations it has accepted. Our use of a carrier does not remove mandatory consumer rights.
Availability is confirmed for each offer and destination. A country name, language option or family-site link is not a promise of delivery worldwide. Restricted products, customs requirements and local eligibility may affect whether an offer can be supplied.
Before a cross-border order, the seller must explain relevant customs responsibilities, known duties or how additional charges may arise, and who is responsible for them. Business buyers should confirm any agreed Incoterms and import requirements in their commercial contract. Consumer protections continue to apply where required.
Digital delivery may mean a code, account credit or access link. The offer must explain delivery timing, regional compatibility, redemption, expiry and help for a failed activation. A sample listing does not mean that a working code has been allocated.
Subscriptions need a confirmed plan, activation date, billing interval and renewal or cancellation terms. A logistics quote needs a separately accepted booking before a label, pickup or shipment can be expected. Use the terms on the family website where the service is ordered; this Store page does not activate or combine those services.
For a future confirmed order, contact the seller or our team with the order reference and a description of the issue. Where safe and useful, retain packaging and photographs of damage. Do not send passwords, one-time codes or full payment details.
A seller should explain a material delay and the available options. Rights to require delivery, cancel, obtain a replacement or receive a refund depend on the contract and applicable law. A missed internal reporting target or carrier status label does not automatically remove your statutory rights. See Returns & Cancellation for the request process.
Use Contact → Retail or Business buying for availability enquiries and Billing for an existing order question. Include the product or order reference, quantity and destination country. We will assess the request; no fixed response time or delivery guarantee is offered for the current preview.
L HAZARD LTD operates this Store. Our registered office is a company contact address, not an advertised collection point or returns warehouse. Use the return destination confirmed for the actual order.
