Can I buy a product today?
Not yet. The catalogue contains demonstration records with illustrative prices. Checkout, live payments and seller payouts are not enabled. We will show confirmed products, prices, availability and delivery terms before ordering opens.
Can I browse without creating an account?
Yes. The public catalogue and product preview pages are open to browse. Invited customers can sign in to keep a saved list. Saving a record does not place an order or reserve stock.
Do you support business buying?
You can contact the buying team about quantities, specifications and delivery requirements. Invited business buyers use a separate workspace for requests for quotation and supplier discussions. A sample listing is not a commercial offer.
Which countries and delivery options are available?
Markets will open individually as products, payments and delivery are confirmed. Current sample prices are in GBP. A translated introduction does not mean sales or delivery are available in that country. Check the product and delivery information before any future purchase.
Can I use one account across all L Hazard websites?
The Store, Logistics, Digital and Subscriptions are separate services. A shared login, cart and combined billing are not currently available. Each site explains its own access, availability and applicable terms.
Where can I find help or make a complaint?
Open Customer care for account and catalogue guidance, delivery information and returns. Use Contact the team for a human response. The AI assistant can help you find information, but it cannot confirm prices, approve refunds or make binding commitments.
